Your Recent Role As the Maintenance Technician, you will be supporting the maintenance team for one of Vancouvers most notable rentalmunities.

The Maintenance Technician will report to the maintenance manager and work with the wider maintenance team to ensure a well-kept property through providing excellent customer service and maintenance services to tenants.

The Maintenance Technician will ensure that all building systems, including HVAC, mechanical, electrical,



life safety, and plumbing are running efficiently.

You will also be responsible for general residential maintenance (i.e. carpentry, patching, painting, appliance repair, unit turn-overs), responding to work orders and emergencies when on call.

What youll need to succeed Prior Building Maintenance experience.

Experience using Yardi and Maintenance IQ are assets.

On call availability.

Availability for Tuesday Saturday or Sunday Thursday schedule.

Must have BCDL & access to a reliable vehicle.
