Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Intermediate Building Operator ensures all properties are managed safely and efficiently. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating repairs, monitoring control systems, and overseeing preventative maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. You will play a vital part in maintaining operational excellence and tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



• Respond promptly to service requests and emergencies • Coordinate repairs with approved vendors/contractors • Monitor building computerized control systems • Oversee HVAC and life safety system maintenance • Conduct daily inspections of properties and utilities

Requirements: • Minimum three years in building operations • Valid G driver's license with a clean record • Robust understanding of building drawings and Health & Safety procedures • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Basic computer knowledge for reporting purposes
