Job Description Key Responsibilities PM and repair heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems and components

Boilers and boiler components, Package rooftop systems, Heat Pumps, Unit heaters Respond to and perform emergency and preventative maintenance with detailed reports and robust customer service Strong drive for customer satisfaction Communication skills with customers and team is a key resource to success Recover, recycle, store, and dispose of refrigerants according to environmental regulations.

Perform minor electrical repairs (controls, contactors, motors, wiring) Solid BAS controls background to navigate, diagnose and repair BAS systems.





Perform preventative maintenance programs on equipment Ability to price and scope out reactive repairs and small projects Qualifications WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Experience with Installation of HVAC related equipment will be an asset Strong BAS controls background to navigate, diagnose and repair BAS systems will be an asset.

Fall Protection (preferred) Confined Space (preferred) Elevated Work Platform (preferred) Lock out Tag Out Qualification (preferred) G Drivers license with clean abstract (required) Gas Fitters G1 or G2 (G1 Preferred) 313A Journeyman Refrigeration/ HVAC (required) 5 years'' work experience in HVAC field UA 787 member in positive standing (preferred) Working Conditions Frequent walking, bending, stooping, crawling, and reaching.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Comfortable working at heights and on ladders.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
