We're partnering with a growing Canadian manufacturer that’s investing in its future by creating a brand-new Demand Planning Manager position.

This is more than a planning role - it's an opportunity to build the planning function, influence company strategy, and become a key member of the operations leadership team. What You'll Be Doing Lead the company's demand planning and forecasting process.
Drive S&OP; and collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Production.
Translate demand into purchasing, manufacturing, and inventory plans across multiple locations.
Lead the Procurement and Order Entry teams.
Optimize inventory levels, replenishment strategies, and service performance.
Own the planning function within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or similar ERP).
Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to support executive decision-making.




Identify opportunities to improve planning processes and supply chain performance.
What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Inventory Planning.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Solid ERP/MRP planning experience (Business Central, SAP, Oracle, Net Suite, Dynamics, etc.).
Advanced Excel skills and a data-driven mindset.
Experience leading cross-functional planning initiatives.
Purchasing and supplier management experience is considered a strong asset.
Leadership experience is preferred.
