We are seeking a highly experienced IBM Maximo Consultant with a strong background in Aerospace Engineering and Manufacturing environments to support upcoming delivery initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IBM Maximo 7.6, Maximo Application Suite (MAS) 8.0, and preferably MAS 9.x, with deep functional knowledge across Work Orders, Scheduling, and Asset Management.

Duration: 6 Months Location: 100% remote Pay Rate: C$80/Hr. to C$100/Hr.

Required Skills & Qualifications Robust hands-on experience with IBM Maximo 7.6.

Experience with Maximo Application Suite (MAS) 8.0.

Exposure to MAS 9.x is highly preferred.

Strong experience with Work Order Management, Scheduler functionality, Asset Management processes, and Maintenance and reliability operations.

Previous experience working within Aerospace Engineering, Aerospace Manufacturing, or Aviation industries.

Solid understanding of enterprise asset management (EAM) processes.

Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and provide functional guidance.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience supporting large-scale Maximo implementations or upgrades.

Experience with Maximo integrations and data migration.





Knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling processes within manufacturing environments.

French language skills are considered an asset.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Provide functional and technical expertise in IBM Maximo solutions within an aerospace/manufacturing workplace.

Support Maximo implementation, configuration, enhancement, and optimization activities.

Work with business users to understand asset management requirements and translate them into Maximo solutions.

Configure and support Maximo modules including Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance, Scheduler, Asset Management, and Inventory/Maintenance processes.

Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements to maximize system efficiency.

Support Maximo Application Suite (MAS) deployments, upgrades, and integrations.

Collaborate with project teams, developers, and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and deliver solutions.

Participate in workshops, requirements gathering, testing, and client-facing discussions.
