We are a growing construction company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team.

Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records and general ledgers.

Process accounts payable and receivable.

Reconcile bank and credit card statements.

Prepare payroll and manage employee records.

Ensure compliance with tax regulations and deadlines (ETD, T4s, HST, WSIB, EHT).

Requirements: Proven experience as a bookkeeper (construction industry experience an asset).

Proficiency in accounting Sage 50 software.

Robust knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
