The Role We are looking for a working Crew Leader to run a small crew of 2 to 3 people.
You will be hands-on, keeping work on track, making sure the job is done right, and making sure nothing significant gets left behind at the yard.
What You Will Be Doing Lead a small crew of 2 to 3 team members on garden sites Keep daily work organized and moving efficiently Work alongside your crew maintaining garden beds and properties Perform hands-on gardening tasks including: Planting, weeding, edging, and mulching
Pruning shrubs and maintaining plant health
General upkeep of flower beds and landscaped areas Keep sites looking clean, sharp,
