Job Summary A growing production operation in Barrie is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Wide Format Printer/Operator for a temp-to-hire chance on the afternoon shift.

Key Responsibilities - Operate wide format printing equipment and digital finishing equipment to produce jobs according to specifications. - Prepare files, materials,



substrates, inks, and print media for scheduled production runs. - Monitor print quality, colour accuracy, product consistency, and make adjustments as needed. - Inspect finished products for defects, accuracy, and overall quality standards. - Perform routine equipment cleaning, basic maintenance, and minor troubleshooting. - Maintain production documentation, track job progress, and work with the team to meet deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits - Pay rate: $19.00 to $24.00 per hour, depending on experience. - Annual salary range: $39,520 to $49,920 per year. - Afternoon shift premium: Additional $2.00 per hour. - Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 2:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. - Job type: Temp-to-hire. - Location: Barrie, ON. - Target start date: First week of August.
