Anestablishedmercial mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Foreman to lead plumbing projects from start to finish.

Reporting to a Project Manager, this role oversees site operations, crew performance, safety, quality, and cost control.

Site Supervisor / Foremanpensation & Benefits: Salary range: $110,000$125,000 Balanced work hours Vacation pay Growth opportunities and development prospects Site Supervisor / Foreman Qualifications: Valid Journeyman or Red Seal Plumber certification (required) 3+ years experience as a Journeyman/Supervisor/Foreman inmercial construction Strong understanding of mechanical, architectural, and structural drawings Experience on projects such as institutional,mercial, multi-unit, or mixed-use buildings Proven leadership, organization, and decision-making skills Site Supervisor / Foreman Responsibilities:



Lead commercial plumbing projects with a robust focus on safety, quality, and productivity Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and plumbing code requirements Coordinate mechanical systems with related trades (HVAC, fire protection, etc.) Read and interpret drawings, specifications, CCNs, and site instructions Prepare layouts, calculate inverts, and support accurate installations Manage crews, schedules, labour hours, and material usage Identify cost-saving solutions and assist with pricing of extras Diagnose and resolve system issues independently Mentor and develop crew members while maintaining a professional site culture
