Shell scripting and automation for application management Background in documentation or process development for lifecycle management Experience managing vendor-supported application upgrades or defect resolution Ability to coordinate multi-team deployments for SaaS and custom desktop applications Responsibilities Ensure that end-user client application packages are current, secure, and aligned with business needs Act as a technical liaison between business users, vendors, and internal IT teams to ensure a secure, compliant, and positive user experience Own and maintain a portfolio of client application packages, ensuring versions remain current and supported Coordinate with the Package Management team on deployment, updates, and retirement Monitor vendor releases and plan upgrade schedules Act as the primary technical contact for business and IT stakeholders Troubleshoot application issues across SaaS, desktop, and integration environments Ensure compliance with internal security and regulatory standards Maintain documentation and introduce repeatable automation processes
