• Process updates for member information and banking
• Track and manage cases using Tasknet software
• Ensure timely processing of tax updates monthly
• Review and coordinate TD1 and NR301 form mailings
• Prepare and manage T4A and RL-V2 correspondence
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Business, or similar
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent organization and team collaboration
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
