Seeking an Electrical Engineering Team Lead to support the delivery of a wide range of institutional buildings and infrastructure projects across the Lower Mainland.

Projects span sectors including healthcare, transportation, industrial, municipal, institutional, defense, and public infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

- Lead and support multidisciplinary electrical engineering projects from planning and design through construction administration.
- Manage operational resources, schedules, budgets, and team deliverables.
- Support business development initiatives, proposal writing, and strategic planning activities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and support long-term business growth.
- Participate in recruitment, performance management, training, and team development.




- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure successful project delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and project execution.

What You Bring

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng) or eligible for registration in additional provinces.
- 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering consulting, including leadership experience managing technical teams.
- Solid knowledge of building electrical systems and industry standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience mentoring and developing technical teams.
- AutoCAD or Revit experience is an asset.
