- Plan priorities, allocate assignments and ensure effective team capacity management.

Requirements

- Excellent understanding of cloud, hybrid and on-premises infrastructures.
- Strong knowledge of technology architecture, cybersecurity and risk management.
- Experience in governance, standardization and management of technology projects.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft environments, virtualized infrastructures and security solutions.
- Experience in an MSP or multi-client environment is an asset.
- Strong interest in emerging technologies,



automation and artificial intelligence.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- Significant experience in IT infrastructure, technology architecture or cybersecurity.
- Experience in managing technology projects.
- Experience leading teams, including coaching, motivating and developing IT professionals.
- Fluency in French (written, spoken and comprehension) is required.
- English is an asset, as some clients are English-only.
