Become a Process Engineer with CareerWise Recruitment at a Waterford-based company for a 12-month contract. Focused on Aseptic Syringe Filling, this role demands strong analytical skills.
As a Process Engineer, your main responsibility will be to support commercial manufacturing through the delivery of essential performance metrics and executing process engineering tasks. The primary focus for this role will be on the Aseptic Syringe Filling Line, with opportunities to improve various manufacturing processes. You'll provide critical support for continuous improvement initiatives and the transfer of new products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver key performance metrics to support manufacturing
• Execute engineering activities in line with compliance standards




• Focus efforts on improving the Aseptic Syringe Filling Line
• Support Dispensing, Formulation, and filling operations
• Assist with technical projects and process enhancements
Requirements:
• Honours degree in an Engineering field
• Solid problem-solving aptitude with 3-5 years’ experience
• Relevant experience in a GMP regulated environment
• Background in Sterile Manufacturing Operations is a plus
• Experience in syringe filling processes is a distinct advantage
