In this role, you will use your 3-5+ years of on-site BIM management expertise to interact with project teams, guiding them in developing customized workflows, conducting clash detection, and managing essential BIM data. You will utilize advanced technologies including 3D Laser Scanning and drones to facilitate comprehensive project analyses and visualizations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with teams to implement BIM strategies
• Develop workflows using BIM data for project coordination
• Oversee model-based design and constructability assessments




• Facilitate meetings with designers and suppliers
• Teach team members about current technological advancements
Requirements:
• Degree/ diploma in Engineering or Architecture
• Minimum of 3 years in BIM management and technologies
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and similar software
• Experience with reality capture and construction analysis
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
