In this role, you will manage the entire operation of the flour packaging line, ensuring that quality and safety standards are strictly followed. The Flour Packer is integral to maintaining machinery and ensuring hygienic conditions throughout the packaging process. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented and possess strong teamwork qualities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure effective operation of the flour packaging line
• Guarantee only top-quality products are packed and entered into the warehouse
• Carefully fill out production and quality assurance reports
• Maintain a clean and sanitary production environment
• Communicate effectively with the maintenance team to solve issues
Requirements:
• Minimum of Grade 12 education or equivalent
• Advantageous to have forklift operation experience
• Strong computer skills needed for reporting
• Ability to lift loads up to 25 kg frequently
• Must work flexible schedule for shifts and emergencies
