Must Have Skills
Fortinet certifications (NSE 4, 5, 7, or equivalent) with solid hands‑on Fortinet expertise.
Proven ability to build and lead a Solutions Engineering (SE) practice supporting cybersecurity growth.
Experience managing multiple client engagements in a customer‑facing pre‑sales Solutions Engineer or Solutions Architect role.
Solid consultative experience scoping cybersecurity assessments and designing solutions alongside customer IT and Security teams.
Ability to partner closely with sales to help customers modernize and expand their Fortinet cybersecurity environments.
Responsibilities and Job Details
Serve as the technical lead supporting the growth of our client’s cybersecurity services practice.
Partner with the sales team throughout the pre‑sales lifecycle to drive successful customer engagements.
Lead customer discovery sessions to understand business and security requirements.
Design and present tailored cybersecurity solutions leveraging Fortinet technologies.
Scope and recommend cybersecurity assessments for recent and existing customers.
Build trusted advisor relationships with customer IT and Security teams.
Support multiple client engagements simultaneously while delivering high‑quality technical guidance.
Help existing channel partners modernize their cybersecurity infrastructure and expand security capabilities.
Collaborate with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) on cybersecurity initiatives.
Travel to customer sites, conferences, and industry events as needed.
Contribute technical leadership and best practices while helping shape the organization’s growing cybersecurity practice.
