Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure adherence to health and safety programs
• Mentor and empower crew members for performance
• Optimize truck, shovel, and drilling operations




• Administer compliance with mine regulations

Requirements:
• Valid Open Pit Shift Boss certification
• Minimum three years leading open pit operations
• Knowledge of BC's health and safety regulations
• Familiarity with Wenco Dispatch system is a plus
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License or equivalent
