Reporting to the Director of Technical Accounting, this role supports the external report process, including Form 10Q and 10K preparations. You will evaluate intercompany transactions and assist with audits, all while delivering thorough documentation that meets SOX standards. This prospect involves diverse financial complexities and regular interaction with upper management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze monthly/quarterly financial variances and report • Prepare essential intercompany elimination entries • Assist in 10Q and 10K preparation and disclosures • Support the external audit processes quarterly and yearly • Aid in conducting technical accounting research and memo creation
Requirements: • Degree in Business, Accounting, or similar field • 4 to 5 years in finance or accounting roles • CPA designation is preferred or actively pursued • Proficient with Excel and other office applications • Experience with multinational public companies or SOX
