Role: Associate Principal Consultant Funds Transfer Agency Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid) Duration: Contract JOB DESCRIPTION: - years of experience as Business Analyst/Functional Consultant/Fund Operations Strong professional experience in Financial Services industry with advanced proficiency in Fund related Products, especially those related to Public Markets Exposure to fund products of one or more asset classes (equity, fixed income, money market), ETFs, hybrids and know-how of various strategies (FOFs, tax saving, arbitrage etc.) Business knowledge of different transfer agency functions (registrations, capital transactions, reporting, investor services etc.) and related processes (subscriptions, redemptions, settlements, reconciliation, AML/KYC, fees etc.) Working experience of TA platforms for setting up & maintenance of funds/sub-funds/share-classes & accounts while managing fund related events (trades, restructurings, liquidations) Know-how of Canadian fund TA business documentations, regulatory standards, operational ecosystem, eligibility checks and reporting requirements is a big plus Able to effectively collaborate with multiple internal teams such as onboarding, fund accounting, compliance, recordkeeping,



shareholder servicing etc.

Partner with key client stakeholders to evaluate current processes & existing ways of working to identify opportunities for streamlining, optimizing and improving their operating model, IT landscape & services.

Recommend and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks Robust Analytical Skills & problem-solving skills Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills Should be proficient with BA role and responsibilities, like creating BRD, FRD writing, use cases, process flows and other deliverables.

Should also have experience in leading EE implementation (Agile/Waterfall) and translating requirements into feature function capability Ability to multitask and meet established deadlines in a dynamic work workplace by working independently or as part of a team Robust communication (written & verbal) and excellent stakeholder management skills
