Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager with 35 years of hands-on project management experience , and at least 10 years of overall skilled experience in the IT space.

The ideal candidate will have a robust background in leading complex, cross-functional projects that include both technical components and organizational change management .

This individual must bring excellent communication and relationship-building skills , with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams. PROSCI certification or equivalent experience in change management is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and deliver complex IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Manage both technical implementations and organizational change activities to drive adoption and ensure project success.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders across business units, technical teams, and executive leadership.

Develop and execute project plans, risk assessments, change management strategies, and stakeholder communications.

Serve as a trusted advisor and relationship manager ,



ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.

Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.

Apply change management principles (preferably PROSCI) to ensure successful transitions and sustainable outcomes.

Required Qualifications: 10+ years of total experience in IT, with at least 35 years of hands-on Project Management .

Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder IT projects with both business and technical components.

Change Management experience is essential; PROSCI certification is a strong asset.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments , ideally within large or enterprise-level organizations.

Nice to Have: Experience in Agile , Waterfall , or hybrid methodologies.

Familiarity with project management tools like MS Project, JIRA, or Smartsheet .

Background in sectors like financial services, healthcare, or technology is an asset.
