Reporting to the CFO, the Financial Controller oversees full-cycle accounting and financial processes, enhancing financial reporting integrity and operational performance. You will drive cost accounting practices, build a high-performing finance team, and optimize ERP systems, ensuring compliance and risk management in the manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee full-cycle accounting functions and prepare monthly financial statements
• Ensure compliance with ASPE standards and manage audits effectively
• Analyze margins and operational efficiencies to support business goals




• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives
• Cultivate cross-functional partnerships to align financial and operational objectives
Requirements:
• CPA designation is required
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 10 years of accounting experience in manufacturing
• Expertise in cost accounting and financial analysis
• Proficient in ERP systems, preferably Dynamics NAV/D365
