Job Description Our federal Government client is seeking a Senior Program Administrator to provide expert advice and staff assistance in the concept development and practical implementation of Operational Support capabilities in Ottawa.
This is an in office 48-week contract.
Tasks Draft, coordinate, facilitate, and report on the development of an operational support development campaign plan.
Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to understand current practices, challenges, and emerging trends related to operational support capabilities in a contemporary operating workplace.
Draft concepts related to operational support for the client''s operations in a contemporary operating setting.
Draft options for investment into the client''s force structure.
Draft Statements of Capability Deficiency (SOCD) for operational support deficiencies identified during campaign planning.
Initiate project documentation in accordance with the Project Approval Directive (PAD)
for capabilities required for the client''s operational support.
Prepare presentations, briefings, and other materials to effectively communicate key observations, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders and relevant entities to cohere efforts related campaign plan implementation.
Advise on the implementation of doctrine and training related to operational support capabilities.
Undertake other duties, as required.
Qualifications 48 months relevant experience Minimum of 2 years experience within the past 5 years in analyzing, planning, or managing operational support and sustainment Minimum of 2 years experience within the past 5 years in developing or contributing to operational-level doctrine, concepts, capabilities, or procedures NATO Secret clearance is required
