Our Valued Public Sector Client is a Senior Secret Cleared Project Scheduler/Coordinator to support the delivery of a digital transformation initiative, ensuring smooth coordination of project activities and compliance within an agile workplace.

Project Description: To support a large government of Canada transformation project supporting PODs and workstreams within an Agile Scrum workplace.

Must Haves: Project Coordinator/Scheduler (10+ years) coordinating and monitoring multiple projects simultaneously Agile (3+ years) MS Project, Jira (3+ years) Excel (5+ years) Nice to Haves: Azure Dev

Ops (ADO) for coordination of tasks, priorities, and cross-team visibility.

Responsibilities: Meet regularly with project stakeholders to review progress of assigned activities Monitor andtrack schedule, milestones, scope, risks, issues,



and burn rates Identify andreport discrepancies or risksimpacting delivery Create and maintain project documentation such as schedules, checklists, status reports, correspondence, change requests and a Master Schedule of all projects and resources ifmore than one initiative, using Microsoft Project or other project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite; Amend and maintain the initiative schedule to incorporate any incremental rollouts; Track the progress of initiative including cost and schedule controls; Document issues and resolutions related to the Initiative schedule; Communicate verbally and in writing with the Initiative manager regarding project status and deliverables; Provide support to the project manager in project coordination and synchronization tasks; Provide administrative and technical support of a clerical nature as required to a project team
