Our Ottawa based client is seeking experiencedSAP Delivery Lead (Clean Core) to join their project on a long term contract.

The ideal candidate should have Canadian security clearance of at least Reliability level, with Secret preferred and extensive Clean core delivery lead experience.

This will be a hybrid role with the exact amount of in office scheduled days to be confirmed.

Key Responsibilities: Enforce Clean Core strategy across all modules, prioritizing SAP standard capabilities over customizations.

Lead governance reviews to approve or reject non-standard requests.

Track Clean Core KPIs (e.g., customization count, upgrade impact).

Guide fit-to-standard workshops to align business needs with SAP best practices.

Define extension strategy (in-app vs. side-by-side on SAP BTP).

Oversee custom code remediation and migration to side-by-side models.

Conduct regular Clean Core health checks and audits.

Escalate genuine gaps to SAP product management.

Train delivery teams on Clean Core principles and extensibility options.

Maintain a deviation register with business rationale and retirement path.

Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
