Seeking a Pre-Sales Solution Architect to join the growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience deploying Service Now and a robust understanding of modules such as ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and the broader Service Now Platform Suite.

Description
Lead pre-sales engagements, showcasing tailored Service Now solutions to prospective clients.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to design scalable, client-focused architectures.
Build strong client relationships and guide them toward successful implementations.
Proven experience with Service Now deployments and platform architecture.

Profile
5 years within the Service Now ecosystem, with a strong track record in partner management.
Robust business acumen and the ability to understand strategic goals, operational processes, and organizational challenges.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.




Robust listening and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate thoughtfully and effectively.
