With your 3 years of psychiatric nursing experience, you will lead efforts to provide compassionate care in acute settings, helping clients navigate their paths to mental wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments
• Create tailored treatment plans for patients in crisis
• Guide and mentor Crisis Workers on best practices
• Function as a valuable resource for families
• Actively participate in multidisciplinary care
Requirements:
• 3 years of nursing experience in crisis or acute care
• Registered or eligible with CRNM or CRPNM
• Bachelor's degree preferred in nursing or psychiatric nursing
• Solid interpersonal and leadership skills
• Familiarity with co-occurring disorder resources
