Tasks Plan and coordinate group purchasing projects with member organizations and internal teams.

Develop procurement strategies and contractual approaches tailored to operational needs.

Conduct market, strategic, and comparative analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Draft, review, and manage contractual documents (RFPs, clauses, agendas).

Handle administrative and commercial follow-ups on contracts.

Manage suppliers and resolve non-conformities and contractual disputes.

Coordinate committees, working groups, and follow-ups with members and external partners.

Optimize procurement and contract management practices.

Perform ongoing regulatory and market monitoring.

Carry out any other related tasks.
