Role Summary In this role, youre responsible for leading and guiding diverse groups, from students to adults, through engaging and enriching program activities. A key part of this is customizing programs to fit the specific needs of participants while ensuring a fun and positive experience.

Your top priority is maintaining a safe and secure environment for everyone involved by following safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, and addressing any concerns immediately.

Additionally, youll perform general on-site duties that are essential for the smooth operation of the facility, such as maintenance, setting up equipment, and administrative tasks.

Engage directly with clients, different departments and staff to ensure a high-quality experience.
