We are looking for a highly skilled Senior QA Automation Engineer with strong experience in banking and financial services applications. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test solutions for web, mobile, API, and backend banking systems. The role requires expertise in automation frameworks, test strategy, CI/CD integration, and banking workflows such as payments, loans, cards, digital banking, and transaction processing.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for banking applications.
Create and execute automated test scripts for functional, regression, integration, and API testing.
Validate banking workflows including payments, fund transfers, account management, loans, KYC, and transaction processing.
Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product teams to understand requirements and ensure quality delivery.
Perform API testing using tools like Postman, Rest Assured, or SOAP UI.
Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams for resolution.




Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to test planning and estimations.
Ensure compliance with banking security, performance, and regulatory standards.
Prepare test reports, defect reports, and automation metrics for stakeholders.

Required Skills
10+ years of experience in QA Automation Testing.
Robust experience in banking or financial services domain.
Expertise in Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, Playwright, or similar automation tools.
Experience in API automation testing using Rest Assured, Postman, or SOAP UI.
Knowledge of SQL and database validation.
Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
Solid understanding of STLC, defect lifecycle, and test management tools like JIRA or ALM.
Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with digital banking, core banking, cards, payments, or fintech platforms.
Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
Banking certifications or QA certifications are a plus.
