Long term contract Prime skills and experience: Evaluate the existing structure, systems, and practices and provide advice and guidance tomaximize the achievement of business objectives and employee engagement such as: o Validation and refinement of the Corporate Sustainability Group Operating Model o Definition and implementation of a decision-making model within the matrix structure o Definition and implementation of an interaction model between the three teams o Definition and (or identification of existing) communication methods to disseminate information within the segments, the group and to the business lines o Develop recommendations to ensure successful alignment and support of people, process, information, and technology o Help determine Responsibility Assignment Matrixes (RACIs) for sustainability topics where there may be shared accountabilities across the three teams in CSG e.g., Task Force of Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), Climate strategy, Sustainable Finance,
Advisory services, etc. o Conduct feedback and lessons learned sessions to identify remaining areas of friction since launch of the current structure o Develop an integrated change management plan to address friction points Help stimulate employee engagement, collaboration, and innovation.
Develop communication materials to support implementation of current ways of working and change management plan initiatives Skills Top Skills Required: Organizational design, target operating model design Experience developing and implementing change management plans to support organizational design Other Skills Required: Ability to advise senior leaders Workshop facilitation Complex stakeholder management Assets: Bilingualism Experience working in: ESG advisory, information management, financial services; corporate sustainability; federal crown corporation Experience delivering organizational solutions for matrix structures.
