Tasks Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and building systems; Carry out general building repairs; Assist with light renovation work, including painting, plastering, basic plumbing, hardware installation, and related tasks; Maintain the safety and condition of outdoor areas, particularly during the winter season; Perform certain maintenance tasks on rolling equipment and tools used by the organization; Ensure compliance with health and safety standards; Participate in other projects and support activities as needed; Perform any other related duties.
