Our client, a large enterprise organization, is seeking a Learning Associate, Talent Development for a contract chance.
This role supports high-volume, rapid-paced talent initiatives and works closely with multiple stakeholders across the organization.
This position requires a highly organized, self-driven professional who can operate independently while managing competing priorities and tight deadlines.
Responsibilities Manage high volumes of work and concurrent tasks across multiple stakeholders Work independently with minimal direction while responding effectively to urgent issues and deadlines Build subject matter expertise across a broad range of business and Talent Development strategies Develop project/work plans and coordinate delivery of initiatives across business lines Manage workload effectively within ambiguous and rapidly changing environments Analyze information and provide well-formulated solutions to problems and issues Build strong working relationships and influence stakeholders without direct authority Communicate complex information clearly and effectively at all organizational levels Prepare executive-level presentations and reporting materials Must-Have Requirements Bilingual Proficiency in Excel/comfortable with formulas Solid proficiency in Excel (formulas, Pivot
