Conducting statistical analysys and feasibility studies Designing and updating plans and maps.
Maintaining facility databases and producing visual data for recommendations.
Supporting the Capital Plan, government submissions, and site acquisitions.
Reviewing urban development projects and assessing impacts.
Drafting reports, memos,
and presentations for management and the Board.
Collaborating with municipalities, internal departments, and administrators.
Qualifications: Fluent in French and advanced English; excellent communication skills.
Degree in urban planning, geography, or related field. 4+ years in urban planning, property management, school planning or related field.
Skilled in AutoCAD, GIS, Excel; Power BI is an asset.
