Overview Salesforce Developer The candidate is a proven team player, highly proficient in SQL development, solid critical thinker, well versed in methods of data analysis in a wide range of applications.

This position involves a high degree of independence and broad exposure to all aspects of development including configuration, maintenance, analysis, design, implementation and documentation.

The individual provides on-time and accurate estimation of work, ensures a high level of quality of team solutions, and is driven to meet commitments.

Duration: 6 month contract to hire (can be extended contract) Location: Remote (cannot be in PST) What you will do Essential Responsibilities: Partner with Product Manager to understand business requirements and translate to functional requirements Analyze source system application data and perform hypothetical testing todetermine feasibility, viability, gaps and risks prior to integration with the MDM platform Work with the delivery team to understand implication / impact of proposed deliverables Lead the team in performing analysis required for UAT testing and validation Lead the team with analysis required for post implementation testing,



validation and monitoring Lead the team with analysis required for troubleshooting and researching data inconsistencies Qualifications and Requirements: Extensive experience withhands on development of complex SQL programs to enable analysis of application data Extensive experience withanalytical methodologies to determinefeasibility, viability, gaps and risks Proven track record of exhibitingstrong critical analyzing facts in order to understand a business request or requirement thoroughly.

Experience with agile methodologies Strong communication both written and verbal Additional Notes: Position is 30% Business Analysis, 50% Data Analysis and 20% Testing/Validation.

Robust Data Analyst with complex SQL development experience.

This experience should include: o Business Analysis translating and documenting, and relaying functional requirements to the developers o Quantification of data quality in source and target data sets o Hypothesis testing and predictive modeling of merge rules and suggested changes to the MDM platform This analysis should be performed in mostly SQL with a bit of Python. o Candidate must have solid SQL development skills and have experience with hands-on development of complex SQL programs to analyze application data.
