Job Description Were looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Coordinator to join our client for a 3 month contract.
This is a hybrid role (in office 3 days a week) in Waterloo.

Youll support content planning, production, and publishing across various digital platforms for multiple brands and campaigns.
Roles and Responsibilities Develop strong working relationships with internal teamsincluding Account Management, Creative, Support, and Project Managementto ensure alignment across all stages of content delivery Plan and manage the trafficking of content across multiple client networks, ensuring all deadlines and specifications are met Coordinate and track the life cycle of projects as a key stakeholder for content-related items Communicate directly with clients on an as-needed basis to clarify requirements, share updates,
or resolve issues Ensure all content and digital signage is network-ready for new installations or updates Document evolving client content needs and update internal systems accordingly Scope effort and timeline for small to medium-sized projects Perform thorough quality assurance of all content filesincluding playback validation and programming verificationprior to network distribution Respond promptly to daily content inquiries in line with defined SLAs Accurately track, input, and maintain client network and location-specific business information Manage and update pricing and calorie information as required by the client Execute mass data updates across small and large digital signage networks Qualifications and Skills 2+ years of experience in content coordination, preferably in a marketing agency or digital media setting Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skillscomfortable working with both internal teams and clients High attention to detail, particularly around content accuracy, formatting, and QA processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power
Point) Ability to understand and communicate technical details with cross-functional teams
