Job offering: Full time, undetermined duration Job description: The candidate will have a central role in conducting the laboratorys genomic studies which are aimed at: (i) molecular characterization of etiologies and consequences of clonal hematopoiesis in aging human individuals; (ii) collaborate to precision medicine projects in hematology-oncology; (iii) develop and implement novel genomic and bio-informatic technologies.
The candidate will have an key role in the writing of scientific publications, grant reports and student supervision.
Requirements: Ph.D in molecular biology.
Post-DOC in genomic/bioinformatics or 3 years of experience in the field Expertise in performing and analyzing whole exome (WES) and whole genome (WGS) data.
Demonstrated excellence in writing scientific publications in peer reviewed journals, Committed team worker, mobilizing leadership and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
The candidate has demonstrated efficiency, capable of multitasking and establish priorities in real-time.
Bilingual English/French.
Salary is dependent on qualifications and experience.
