Job Description The Customer Excellence Manager is a hands-on leadership role ensuring operational excellence within a partially automated distribution center.

This position acts as a bridgebetween warehouse operations, inventory management, customer service, and continuous improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities Oversee administration and customer service; support daily operations (receiving, picking, replenishment, shipping); monitor and improve productivity, quality, and service levels.

Ensure inventory accuracy and integrity (SOX compliance); manage cycle counts, resolve discrepancies, optimize slotting, and handle dead stock/backorders.

Track performance KPIs (throughput, downtime, errors); collaborate with suppliers, IT, and maintenance teams; conduct root cause analysis.

Lead Lean initiatives (5S, standardization, waste reduction) and cross-functional projects (layout redesign, automation integration, digitalization); develop business cases including ROI analysis.

Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of 1020 people (administration,



customer service, continuous improvement, inventory control, and quality).

Qualifications Bachelors degree in operations management, Logistics, or Engineering with 5 years of leadership experience in logistics or supply chain, including experience in an automated setting.

Expertise in inventory management and WMS.

Experience in project management and Lean methodologies.

Proficiency in data analysis (Excel, Power BI).
