Our financial services client is seeking a Bilingual (French/English) Learning Consultant Expert (5+ years of experience) to design and deliver learning solutions using instructional design, Articulate , Rise, Storyline, Adobe, and Workday LMS- -1 Join a Talent Development team supporting enterprise-wide mandatory, regulatory, and onboarding learning initiatives within a large banking workplace.

This role supports projects including Mandatory Training Program (MTP), Compass Mobile Enhancements, and PSP Modernization MVP 2 through instructional design, French content review, and development of learning solutions for adult learners.

The consultant will create e-learning, instructor-led, and self-guided training content while ensuring French materials meet quality and grammatical standards.

This chance offers involvement across multiple high-visibility learning initiatives within a large content creation team.

Location: Remote (EST Hours) Duration: ASAP- Oct 31, (High Chance of Extension) Hours: 37.5 Hours Per Week Must Haves Bilingual French and English verbal and written communication for French course review and learning content development 5+ years in instructional design , training needs analysis (TNA) ,



and adult learning content development Articulate , Rise , Storyline , Adobe , and Workday LMS E-learning , instructor-led training , and self-guided learning materials for adult learners Adult Learning/Education Certification Nice to Have Adobe Captivate Adobe Premier Pro Project Management experience Post-secondary education in Adult Education or Instructional Design Responsibilities Review French courses to ensure grammatical accuracy and natural-sounding audio recordings Design learning and performance solutions aligned to learning objectives and job-specific procedures Conduct needs assessments and identify performance gaps through data gathering and analysis Develop e-learning, instructor-led, and self-guided learning materials using available authoring and multimedia tools Collaborate with Advisors, SMEs, and Talent Development team members on learning content and recommendations Create instructional strategies, design plans, objectives, and multimedia recommendations for learning solutions Deliver and implement learning programs within agreed project timelines and update content based on results
