SAGE Dining Services is seeking Lead Cooks to join our team at an independent school in the greater Toronto area.

We are looking for experienced cooks who enjoy cooking restaurant-quality meals from scratch and want to be part of a solid team and a larger community, without working the late nights typical of restaurants.

What you''ll do: Prepare assigned menu items in strict accordance with SAGE recipes, safety, and allergen policies that exceed our guests expectations.

Ensure that all food is appropriately displayed and visually appealing.

Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members.

Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques (HAACP).

What you''ll need: Experience with cooking in a commercial kitchen.

Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English.
