Job Description We are currently looking for a Reception and Shipping Clerk to join our team in Montral-Est .

What you will be responsible for: Confirm customer visit schedules; Work closely with the logistics and transportation teams; Welcome customers and ensure the proper reception of materials in accordance with established procedures; Assist with the unloading and handling of materials using a forklift; Sort, inspect, and direct different types of metals to the appropriate departments; Weigh materials and prepare receiving and shipping documents; Perform data entry and any other related tasks to support daily operations.

Qualifications To join our team: You have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in shipping and receiving or in an industrial environment; You are recognized for your ability to establish and manage priorities in a fastpaced work workplace,



as well as for your ability to make quick decisions; You are able to communicate in both French and English (functional level); You excel in customer service and communication and demonstrate a qualified attitude; You have a basic knowledge of computer systems and are comfortable using management software; You are able to operate a forklift and are comfortable performing physical tasks.
