We''re looking for self-employed Independent Sales Representatives to introduce our psychometric and talent-assessment tools to businesses, HR teams, recruiters, and coaches. What you''ll do Connect with companies, HR specialists, recruiters, and coaches Offer a free demo one candidate assessed across three tests Help clients get started and grow their account Work remotely, on your own schedule What we provide Full onboarding: scripts, email templates, digital content (PPT/PDF), ongoing support Free assessments for your demos Access to the full assessment range (personality, emotional intelligence, behavioral style, cognitive aptitude,



managerial skills) Path to Supervisor status with override commissions Earnings that build over time Your commissions are cumulative every client keeps generating income month after month.

As an indication, first-year earnings can range from approximately CAD 18,000 to $35,000+ , depending on time invested from a few hours a week up to full time.

With greater commitment, results can grow well beyond this in following years.
