Key Responsibilities:



• Assist in developing financial models for land acquisitions • Prepare detailed valuation models for development projects • Provide strategic insights using quantitative and qualitative data • Develop tools to streamline project evaluation processes • Present findings to stakeholders regarding project feasibility

Requirements: • University degree in real estate or finance • Minimum 3 years of relevant real estate experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Solid analytical and presentation skills • Detail-oriented with robust decision-making skills
