Architect and optimize next-generation pilot-in-the-loop CLaws based on handling qualities, performance requirements, and structural envelope protections.
Validate and verify (V&V;) complex control law designs across multiple testing platforms and real-time simulator settings.
Ensure all CLaws software architectures strictly align with DO-178B and SAE ARP4754 engineering guidelines. - Evaluate complex system failures, state estimations, and flight dynamics stability utilizing desktop simulations and live test data.
Manage the integration of control systems into specialized test rigs and Tier-1 supplier hardware environments.
Requirements Masters or PhD degree in Aerospace Engineering.

Minimum of 10 years of dedicated experience developing Flight Control Laws for Fly-By-Wire (FBW) aircraft.
Expert-level understanding of linear/nonlinear control law evaluation, flight dynamics, aerodynamics, and state estimation (Kalman filtering).
Advanced control systems design experience handling both SISO and MIMO applications.
Advanced technical programming and modeling skills in MATLAB, Simulink, and C++.
Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
Excellent communication skills, with full skilled bilingual fluency in both French and English.
