Our client, a Top 5 Canadian Bank, is looking to hire a Qualified - Business Analyst - Entry for a 12-month contract (with potential extension or conversion to FTE).

This is a hybrid position based in Toronto, with in-office work required every Monday and the first Friday of each month.

Responsibilities o Support the Contingent Workforce Program (CWP) within the HR Process Delivery team through business analysis, project coordination, reporting, and process improvement activities. o Manage inquiries and escalations received in the Contingent Workforce Program mailbox , triaging and investigating issues to ensure timely resolution. o Generate reports and dashboards based on business needs, both on an ad-hoc and recurring basis. o Onboard contingent workers manually in Workday, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with governance standards. o Maintain and update program-related documentation on Share

Point , ensuring proper record management and version control. o Support the delivery of strategic projects, document current and future state processes, and partner on change management initiatives. o Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners, including Identity Admin,



Business Effectiveness, and Optimization teams. o Track performance metrics and analyze data to identify opportunities for process efficiency and continuous improvement. o Communicate proactively with stakeholders to align on deliverables, timelines, and updates.

Must-Have Skills o 2+ years of experience in a business analysis or HR-related role within a large corporate or banking setting. o Proven experience analysing current processes , identifying inefficiencies, and recommending process improvements. o Solid written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated stakeholder management experience. o Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report generation. o Experience managing shared mailboxes and handling inquiries, escalations, and stakeholder communication. o High level of technical acumen and comfort working across multiple systems.

Nice-to-Have Skills o Experience with Workday or Enterprise Content Management (ECM) systems. o Familiarity with HR process delivery, governance, and reporting best practices.
