We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician - Greenhouse Operations that will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and continuous operation of greenhouse systems and facility equipment.
This role ensures optimal growing conditions by maintaining environmental control systems, irrigation, electrical, and mechanical infrastructure in a secure and productive manner.
Pay: $25-$30/hour Day Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on greenhouse and facility equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and environmental control systems Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce downtime Monitor irrigation, fertigation, temperature, humidity,
and CO systems Complete general building maintenance and assist with equipment installations Maintain maintenance records and follow all health and safety procedures Qualifications 25 years of maintenance experience in greenhouse, agricultural, or industrial settings preferred Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems Experience with automated environmental systems is an asset Robust troubleshooting and communication skills Ability to work independently and handle physical tasks up to 50 lbs Trade certification is considered an asset Working Conditions May require evening, weekend, or on-call availability Exposure to heat, humidity, and agricultural environments Apply today to join a fast-paced and growing team!
