Job Description: Reporting to the Mine General Foreman, the successful candidate will work a 14 days on, 14 days off rotation at the Lac des Iles mine site.

Responsibilities: Daily supervision of the underground workforce in conjunction with safely meeting daily production plans Monitor and apply company safety procedures Ensure that the underground workforce is in compliance with Ontario Mines regulations and the Occupational Health and Safety Act Preparation of daily reports Oversee drilling and blasting Identify training needs and provide training to employees Qualifications: Five years hard rock mining experience at a supervisory role,



preferred experience in blast-hole/ long-hole applications Basic Ontario Hard Rock Common Core and Ontario Supervisory Common Core required Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel) Working experience with Avanti Payroll software or similar payroll applications What''s in it for You: The position offers a competitive remuneration package consisting of base salary, health & medical insurance, retirement savings plan and travel allowance.
