Lawyer - Insurance Law | Montreal - 3 years + Montreal Our client, a leading multidisciplinary law firm, is currently seeking a Lawyer specializing in insurance law to join its large team dedicated to this field of practice.

The desired skilled will have a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience , meeting the following criteria: Practice in litigation, with a robust focus on insurance law or professional liability ; Be autonomous in the conduct of cases through to the merits hearing; Plead contested hearings on a regular basis, including trials lasting more than one (1) day; Have represented one or more insurers (an asset) On a day-to-day basis, you will be involved in a wide range of mandates, particularly in the areas of liability and insurance law, at both the coverage and claims debate levels.

You''ll be able to manage your files and demonstrate your trial advocacy skills.





You''ll also have the opportunity to actively participate in the development of complex strategies, and to directly manage some of the firm''s long-established client relationships.
