Key Responsibilities:
• Lead donor relations, development, and stewardship programs
• Develop long-range fundraising strategies aligned with university goals
• Establish accountability frameworks for coordinated execution




• Oversee fundraising campaign planning and execution

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Minimum 10 years of progressive fundraising experience
• Robust leadership and team-building skills
• Proven track record in donor relationship management
• Knowledge of fundraising management software
