Key Responsibilities:
• Act as liaison for homeowners on décor decisions
• Assist construction team with selection changes
• Manage décor appointments and communication logs
• Provide design input for department projects
• Attend open houses and training as needed
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in home building
• Solid project management and administration skills
• Proficient in email and Microsoft Office
• Preferred experience with Newstar systems
• Ability to handle tasks flexibly
